Table functions

Split, void, transfer.

Open a table and you have every function at your fingertips. Item splitting for separate bills, void single items, transfer to another table or print the interim bill on the spot.

Three cards, one table, three receipts — all in under a minute. Yoordi does what used to take five steps and a manager override.

Why table functions?

When service situations change.

Three guests at one table want to pay separately. One guest moves to the bar. An item was entered wrongly. Table functions solve exactly these situations — without workarounds, without manager override, directly from the open table.

Permissions

You decide who can do what.

Set void permissions per team member. Service can change quantities, only the manager does full voids and end-of-day. Helpers get time-limited access. All in the back office, no code, no training.

Frequently asked questions about table functions.

At payment you pick individual items and assign them to different payments. Three guests, one table, three cards — each pays their own consumption. You can also split by amount or in any share. Receipts are printed per payment or sent digitally by QR. Tips can be added per splitting share separately.

Void permissions are set individually per employee. By default: service can change quantities and remove items as long as the order has not been sent. Full voids of sent orders need manager permission. All voids are shown in the daily report with employee stamp and timestamp — traceable for your accounting.

Yes. Open the table, select Transfer and target another table — all open items move with it. Useful when guests want to relocate or a larger table opens up. Splitting is also possible: move specific items to a new table, the rest stays at the original.

When a guest wants a status check during service (e.g. expense reporting), you print the intermediate bill in two seconds — without closing the table. The guest keeps ordering, the bill is auto-extended at the end. Also useful for long tables with many courses to keep oversight.

Yes. Even when guests order via Yoordi Self-Ordering from their smartphones, your service has all functions at the table — split, void, intermediate bill. Self-Order orders appear directly in the table, your service can step in anytime. One shared table, one shared daily report, one shared receipt.
